Cranberry Chicken Thighs

Total Time: Prepping and cooking 50-minutes
Serves: 4-6

What You Will Need:
Measuring Cup
Measuring Spoons
Baking Sheet
Aluminum Foil or Parchment Paper
Mixing Spoon
Medium Size Bowl

Ingredients:
1 1/2 -lbs Chicken Thighs
1-Cup Catalina Salad Dressing. (I gave the home made recipe here on my blog.)
3/4-cup Cranberry Sauce. (I gave the home made recipe here on my blog.)
2- Tablespoons onion flakes
1/4-Teaspoon ground pepper, freshly ground
1/2-Teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4-Teaspoon chili powder
1/4-Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4-Teaspoon dried parsley

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. I line a shallow baking pan with Aluminum Foil or Parchment Paper for easy clean up.

Wash the chicken and pat dry. Salt and pepper each piece front and back. Lay the chicken on to the lined baking pan, skin side up. Or if you choose, you can remove the skin. You can put pieces closely together that is fine.

Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
Now add in the cranberry sauce, mix well.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 40- minutes.
