Catalina Dressing

What You Will Need:
Whisk
Medium Bowl
Glass Mason or Other With Lid
Funnel *if you have one*
Measuring Cup
Measuring Spoons

Ingredients:
1/2-Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4-Cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
2-Tablespoons Raw Honey
2-Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1-Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2-Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4-Teaspoons Dry Mustard
1/4-Teaspoons Chili Powder
1/4-Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Note: Use items that are organic and not filled with chemicals and artificial flavors.

Directions:
Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Use a funnel to transfer to a sterilized storage jar. I like using mason jars. This recipe makes about 1-cup. I make several batches to fill a large mason jar.

Adjust the flavors to your individual tastes. I ended up adding more honey and adjusted the spices a bit more to punch up the taste. Store in the refrigerator.

**To dress- up your mason jars, just put a large paper baking cup - cupcake wrapper upside down over the jar. Put the lid on, then the ring. Screw on tightly.**
